What MEXC announced
In its announcement of October 20, 2026, MEXC said it would stop providing services to users in Russia and Belarus. Affected users will receive individual notices with the applicable deadlines and procedures for closing positions and withdrawing assets.
The announcement does not give one withdrawal deadline for every account. Check your account notices; MEXC directs questions about applicable procedures to its official support.
Accounts without a notice
MEXC says an account that has not received a notice is unaffected and may continue operating as usual, subject to its terms of service.
This statement concerns existing accounts and does not promise indefinite service. The absence of a notice does not establish eligibility to open a new account.
What changed in our directory
MEXC’s current User Agreement explicitly lists Russia and Belarus among the jurisdictions from which it does not accept registration or trading applications. We therefore mark spot, futures, Earn and crypto loans as unavailable to new clients residing in these countries.
The directory uses country of residence. The status of an existing account depends on MEXC’s individual notices and the applicable service terms.
